Like with the Vintage calipers the styling looks retro; but not so for performance; which is on the highest level. The induction opening clearly reminisces to ram-air intakes; allowing air to travel charged and virtually unrestricted through the high performance K&N filter element. The angled housing dimensions make the air cleaner look smaller than it actually is; which really lets the engine pop. Crankcase breathers are built-in for the cleanest and uncluttered look possible. Installs in either horizontal position or vertical... you decide. If you insist on using small calipers; PM advises the use of 9/16" bore handlebar master cylinders with both sinlge and dual caliper set-ups. Note: A brake light switch must be purchased separately (MCS 599238 or 599233). Note: An optional mirror mount clamp is available as 599236 (Black Ops) or 599237 (Gold Ops).
