Return Form

The form below must be used to place a return request.
Before placing the request, please check if the part meets our returned goods terms and conditions:

• All products must be returned within 14 days (10 working days) of receiving the product.
• Customer has the right to inform the seller about the return within 14 days, as long, as they will send goods back no later than on 14th day of receiving the product.
• Packaging must be unopened and in its original condition.
• All items must be returned, postage prepaid, to Uglymotors adress.
• On all returns a 15% re-stocking fee, with a €15,- minimum, will be applied.
• No returns accepted on any electrical items, drive belts, fork tubes, Special Order or Sale.
• No warranty on any electrical items, oil gauges, chrome finish or blueing of exhaust systems and modified parts.
• No warranty on any product after one year of original invoice date.
• No returns accepted on helmets, clothing and apparel, except for warranty.
