Cometic, gasket inspection cover. .062″ AFM

.062″ AFM (Aluminum Foamet Material). OEM replacement reference 34906-85D. Cometic”s AFM gaskets have an aluminum core with a chemically blown compounded nitrile synthetic thin foam-like rubber layer bonded to both sides. Temperature resistant to over 250řF (122řC). AFM rubber has a 85% recovery while maintaining strong torque retention. Re-torqueing gasket sealers or silicone beads are not required.
