Putoline, DOT 5 silicone brake fluid. 500cc

500cc bottle. A silicone based brake fluid. It offers a very high dry boiling point that exceeds 260řC is non-aggressive and safe for paint plastics surfaces clothing and such. DOT 5 silicone will not absorb water like regular brake fluids do. Therefore the brake system must be drained 100% to prevent any water-pockets remaining anywhere in the system which may cause vapor-lock and total brake failure. DOT 5 silicone is not very foam resistant and therefore not compatible with ABS or ASR systems. DOT 5 cannot be mixed with DOT 3 or 4 brake fluids.
