Allows use of OEM bags on 2018 Sport Glide & Heritage Classic Softail when using V&H full exhaust systems

Required for Heritage/Low Rider ST full system install (excludes Stainless 2-1 Hi-Output). Does NOT fit Fat Boy with P&A Saddlebags.
Does not fit ’25 saddlebag FXLRST, need to check Heritage.
