For Twin Cooled engines. This is a precision CNC machined oil pump in the S&S blue anodized finish. It offers 20% oil flow increase on the supply side and a 52% scavenge side increase with independent scavenge sections for flywheel cavity and cam chest with debris screens in both scavenge pickups. A magnet in the cam chest will help prevent debris from entering the pump. The pressure relieve valve is adjustable and adjustments can be made with oil pump in engine. Note: Does not fit models with air cooled (oil cooled) engines.

OEM reproduction hydraulic unit. Replacement for 17920-53A. Note: The early style hydraulic tappets sets can be purchased as a set (hydraulic unit + tappet body with roller) or as individual parts. When purchasing individual parts correct tolerance cannot be guaranteed; which can influence hydraulic function. Dealers with a larger stock can mix and match hydraulic units and tappet bodies to compose a set that offers excellent bleed-down times. For all others it is advised to go for a complete hydraulic unit and tappet body assembly from the same manufacturer; as S&S or JIMS offer.
